Last updated: 3rd October 2026
This Disclaimer applies to www.laurieburrows.com and to all content, products, programmes, events, emails, social media posts, podcasts and services provided by Laurie Burrows LTD (company number 13162678, registered in England and Wales, registered office Bankside 300 Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 0LB). It should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Education, not professional advice
Our content is for general education and information. It is based on our own experience in marketing, sales and growing online businesses. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical or psychological advice, and it doesn't take your individual circumstances into account.
Always get advice from a suitably qualified professional before making legal, financial or tax decisions for your business. Using our website, content or products does not create a professional-client relationship with a regulated adviser.
2. Earnings and results
Any figures, income, revenue or results we mention, including our own and our clients', are real examples, but they are not typical and not a promise of what you will achieve. Many people who buy courses or programmes, including ours, do not get significant results, often because they don't put what they learn into action.
Your results will depend on many factors, including your business, offer, pricing, audience, market, experience, the time and money you invest, and how consistently you apply what you learn. Running a business involves risk. You are responsible for your own decisions and results, and we are not responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of acting on our content.
3. Testimonials and case studies
The testimonials, reviews, screenshots and case studies we share come from real clients, students and members. They reflect their own experience and opinion, and are not a guarantee that you will get the same results. We don't publish fake or invented reviews, and we don't hide or remove genuine negative feedback to make our reviews look better. Where a client received something in return for sharing their results (for example, a discount as part of a case study round), we'll make that clear. We may shorten testimonials for length or edit them to correct spelling, but we won't change their meaning. Results shared are accurate at the time they were given.
4. Accuracy and changes
We work hard to keep our content accurate and up to date, but platforms, laws, algorithms and tools change quickly. We can't guarantee that all information is complete, current or error free, and we may change content at any time without notice. Content that was correct when published may become out of date.
5. AI tools and outputs
We teach and use artificial intelligence tools, and some of our products include AI prompts, AI assistants or content created with the help of AI. AI tools can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased or that infringes someone else's rights. You are responsible for checking anything an AI tool produces before you use or publish it, and for making sure your use of AI tools follows their terms and the law, including advertising, data protection and copyright rules. We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI tools.
6. Affiliate links and recommendations
Some links on our website, in our emails, products and social media are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools and products we use or believe are useful, and we'll make it clear when content contains affiliate links or is advertising. We may also have a business interest in some products we recommend, for example Ascendia OS, which is owned by our sister company, Ascendia OS Ltd.
7. Third-party content and tools
We may link to or mention other websites, tools, platforms and people. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, availability or privacy practices. Mentioning a third party doesn't mean they endorse us or that we endorse everything they do.
8. Guest experts and community members
Guest speakers, experts and community members share their own views, which are not necessarily ours. We aren't responsible for advice given by them, or for anything posted by members in our communities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our content. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or affects your legal rights as a consumer. Our full liability terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
10. Questions
