These terms cover the way in which we will work together and they set out what you can expect from us and what we can expect from you. The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase for of one of our events or our online courses, programs, certifications or our mastermind offered by Laurie Burrows LTD.

Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Laurie Burrows Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) provide services to you, as purchaser of one of our online courses. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound to, and which cannot be waived.

We offer a range of events, online courses, programs, certifications or our masterminds.

The specific detail about each offer can be found on the sales page which sets out exactly what is included within each offer. These terms may vary and be updated from time to time to include bonuses, so please do consider the specifics of each offer carefully.


Payment Terms

The cost of each event, online course, program, certification or our mastermind is as advertised on our website, and detailed in the specific terms of the your purchase. Where possible we will give you as much notice as possible if we vary our pricing. Any special offers or bonuses will be clearly advertised at the point of purchase. In accordance with UK sales legislation, we cannot extend any offer periods beyond the time periods advertised within any promotional period neither are we able to guarantee that any offers will be available on future dates.

If you have signed up to any products or services with Laurie Burrows LTD such as event, online course, program, certification or our mastermind on a payment plan you are committing to paying the full amount of the payment plan even if you decide to not continue with the product or service. A payment plan is an option for you to spread the cost over a defined period of time, it is not a subscription which you can cancel part way through. 

In circumstances where a payment has been elongated past the delivery period you are still required to make all of the payments. For example, if a program is 3 months long but your payment plan is 6 months, you are committing to paying all 6 of the monthly months even if the program delivery finishes before your payments have ended.

Your commitment and agreement to make all of the payments under the payment plan begins at the moment you make a purchase and continues until the balance is paid off. If you wish to make advance payments and pay off the balance early please get in touch with us and we can arrange that. 

Where you make a purchase and you pay a deposit this is a non-refundable booking fee and it acts to reserve your spot on your chosen course, program or mastermind.  

Please note, if you receive a free branding package as a bonus, you must use this within 3 months. Other bonuses and benefits may be time limited. It is your responsibility to ensure that you make enquiries to book in your bonuses with us. We reserve the right to change bonuses at any time. No refunds will be provided where alterations to bonuses are made. 


Cancellation Rights

As a consumer purchasing online you have the legal right to cancel your order with us. Your right to cancel begins on the date you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the product. 

You need not provide a reason for cancelling your order; however, you must email us at [email protected] to cancel your order. Where possible please include your order number in the correspondence. We will then respond by email to confirm that we have received notification of cancellation.

In order for you to receive a refund you must comply with our refund terms below.

 

Refunds and Exclusions

Please note that whilst we provide refunds in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as set out above, as permitted by that legislation, we are unable to accept refunds of the following:

  1. Products, services or packages which are personalised or made to your specification;
  2. Any resources from our courses or programs have been downloaded.

 

Once you have purchased a course, program, certification or mastermind, you will have instant access to the training resources. At the point of purchase, you are confirming your express consent to receiving access to the course material immediately. In agreeing to be granted access at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.

We reserve all rights to cancel a course or withdraw our products, for any reason without prior notice. Notwithstanding any right or remedy available to us, we may cancel your enrolment on the course with immediate effect:

  • If you fail to pay your course fees, including any sums due on payment plans, by the due date;
  • If you breach these terms and conditions;
  • As decided at our sole discretion from time to time.

 

Return On Investment Guarantee

We offer a return on investment guarantee on our mastermind. This means if you do not make a return on investment within 12 months of joining the mastermind we will refund you your money. However, this guarantee is only in place if you attend all calls and training recommended.

 

All In Packages

Our certifications run in cohorts, they need to run as live programmes in order for participants to be able to gain a certification. You will only be able to gain certification in any live cohorts during chosen live training package. We cannot guarantee that you will be assessed if you delay in starting your training. 

From time to time, we may not run a specific certification live. If a certification is not taking place live during the months you have signed up to the package, the training will still be delivered but a certification opportunity will not be available that round and will not be included in your package. Please check beforehand to ensure that you will be able to be certified should you wish to be. 

 

Disclaimers

Our courses and electronic products have been tried and tested by individuals who are over the age of 18 and from various backgrounds. In working through the material, they have been able to learn and implement strategies to successfully grow in their business.

Whilst all those who have taken part in our courses to date have achieved the desired results, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to fully participate in the course will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. Our training is not bespoke and includes general advice. Should you feel that you need additional support, then please contact us and we can provide more information about our services, additional fees may apply.

It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the course to your personal circumstances both during the course and afterwards.

In promoting our courses we may utilise testimonials. All testimonials have been given freely and represent each individual’s own opinion. Please be advised that we work with affiliates and our affiliates may also provide recommendations, again, these are the individual’s own opinion. 

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability:

  • For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

Please be aware that the course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.



Intellectual Property

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with us, Laurie Burrows Limited. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.

 

Behaviour

Some courses contain group training elements. Where there is a group training element we request and require that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the course with immediate effect.



Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.

Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded, and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the training will be kept and made available to others on the course. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself or your business that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded please ensure that if you attend any training your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured.

Feedback and Complaints

If you have any feedback about the course you are enrolled on, please do share it with us. It is always great to receive words of praise and helpful to get constructive comments. We really hope that you love our online course as much as we do, but if you would like to make a complaint, this should be made in writing to [email protected].

 


General

Our team is available to support you by email on Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. We will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you, and the individual terms of the online course you purchase. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
